There is a reason why the bunch of roses she is holding is grey vs. the purple flying ones. She has a very interesting and sad story... hence the sadness in her eyes, vibrance in the purple rose petals, lifeless in the grey roses. The roses surrounds her in that way because she is once trapped by the evil ... that took everything away from her...
