This is for Winetta's contest ([link]) - to design her OC Serenity and/or Endymion a new attire for their upcoming royal event!

It's not perfect lines but details are there.

Done with Prismacolor Fine markers.

This is based on Winetta's OC Serenity from her manga "Silver Legacy" (very good btw! go check it out!)
This outfit, garment, accessories, etc are designed by me.
